Using two bells the class is ideal for those who have exercised using a kettlebell before. A 40 minute class using two kettlebells for an all over body; non-impact; fat burning; muscle toning class.
If you have a mat or bath towel which you can use for floor work please bring it with you to class, if not Sarah always has spare mats for clients.
