Sarah is a Kettlebell 121 Specialist offering tailored programmes to suit the individual, be it for a specific sport or goal i.e. weight loss; muscle tone; improved posture; core strength, the client is looking to achieve. 

This is ideal for martial artists; golfers; runners etc. who are looking to excel in their field.

Group exercise is not everyone’s “bag”, 1-2-1 sessions are personal and tailored to you.

Sarah is also completing a Personal Trainer Diploma with Future Fit and alongside the Specialist training is able to offer dedicated personal sessions for either 1-2-1 or 1-2-2 people.
